Add SellBot to Notion

Connect your product data, import knowledge, and embed the SellBot iframe inside any Notion workspace or published site.

01

Connect your ecommerce catalog

From the SellBot dashboard choose Products → Connect Source. Authenticate with Shopify, BigCommerce, or upload a CSV export so SellBot has real-time access to pricing, stock levels, and product URLs. Keep auto-sync enabled to refresh the catalog behind the scenes.

02

Layer in supporting knowledge

Navigate to Knowledge base → Content and paste your Notion help docs, FAQs, and policy pages. SellBot ingests those alongside your products so buyers browsing your Notion hub get fast, precise answers without leaving the page.

03

Create the Notion-friendly iframe

Head to Channels → Web Widget and click Create widget. Choose the "Notion embed" layout which adds a light border and auto height. Publish the widget and copy the iframe snippet provided—Notion will render it as an embedded block.

04

Embed SellBot inside Notion

Open the Notion page you want to power with chat, type /embed, and paste the iframe URL. Resize the block to at least 380 px wide so the widget has room to breathe. Publish the page to the web if you are sharing externally and test the chatbot to confirm it references your synced products.

<iframe
  src="https://app.sellbot.ai/chat/YOUR_WIDGET_ID"
  title="SellBot AI Assistant"
  loading="lazy"
  style="border:1px solid #E2E8F0;border-radius:16px;width:100%;max-width:420px;height:600px"
  allow="microphone; clipboard-write"
></iframe>
If your Notion page is private, grant workspace viewers access to the SellBot domain so the embed can load.
