Welcome to SellBot AIML. By accessing or using our AI-powered sales chatbot service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service. The materials contained in this service are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Permission is granted to temporarily use SellBot AIML for commercial purposes on your e-commerce store, subject to the following restrictions:

• You may not modify or copy the service materials
• You may not use the materials for any commercial purpose outside of your licensed store
• You may not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the service
• You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• You may not transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by SellBot AIML at any time.

SellBot AIML provides an AI-powered chatbot that integrates with your e-commerce platform to:

• Answer customer questions in 160+ languages
• Recommend products from your catalog
• Facilitate purchases and guide customers to checkout
• Provide 24/7 automated customer service
• Generate analytics and insights on customer interactions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

Subscription Plans: SellBot AIML offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Pricing is available on our pricing page and is subject to change with 30 days notice.

Payment Terms: Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. We accept major credit cards and payment methods as displayed during checkout.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Refunds after this period are at our sole discretion.

Usage Limits: Plans include specified conversation limits. Overages may be charged according to our current pricing schedule.

As a user of SellBot AIML, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date product information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Not use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
• Not use the service to transmit harmful or malicious code

• Promptly notify us of any security breaches or unauthorized access

You may not use SellBot AIML to:

• Sell illegal products or services
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or customers
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Distribute spam or unsolicited commercial communications
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect personal information without consent
• Use the service in competition with SellBot AIML

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

Your use of SellBot AIML is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy to provide and improve the service.

Your Data: You retain ownership of your product catalog and customer interaction data. We use this data solely to provide the service.

Customer Data: You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your customers for data collection and processing.

In no event shall SellBot AIML or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

SellBot AIML provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in prohibited activities.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your data according to our data retention policy.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service at least 30 days before they take effect.

Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
