Add SellBot to Wix

Log in to your Wix dashboard, open the App Market, and search for "SellBot AI Chat". Select the listing, click Add to Site, and choose the Wix site where you want the assistant to appear. The app installs in seconds and automatically adds SellBot to your site's sidebar apps list.

• Ensure you have admin access to the target site before attempting to install from the App Market.
• SellBot supports both classic Editor and Editor X experiences.

After installation, launch the SellBot dashboard widget and pick Wix Stores as your product source. Approve access so SellBot can read products, options, inventory, and pricing directly from your Wix account.

Add your shipping, return, and sizing policies under Knowledge Base → Policies. Use Conversation → Playbooks to set proactive greetings, lead capture, and handoff rules tailored to Wix live chat workflows.

Open the Wix Editor for your site. Under Apps locate SellBot Chat and drag it onto the page. Position the widget in the bottom corner, adjust the display rules, and publish. The Wix App Market extension ensures the bubble renders on every published page without extra code.

• For Editor X, use the docking controls to anchor SellBot to the viewport edge.
• Use Page Rules to hide the widget on checkout if you rely on Wix's native checkout assistant.
